Ingredients

Yarrow (Achillea millefolium)*, Tulsi (Ocimum tenuiflorum)*, Chamomile (Matricaria recutita)*, Calendula (Calendula officinalis)*, Rose (Rosa)*.

*Maine grown

Suggested Use

Combine one tablespoon of herbs with three cups of hot water in a heat proof bowl. Cover and steep for five minutes until the steam has cooled enough to be comfortable. While sitting, drape a large towel over your head and bowl to catch the steam. Enjoy for ten minutes!
